Does anyone think the Sydney ripple will hit Wagga Wagga anytime soon?
I have a great tenant in a Tolland property, but If the market moves I would offload it too.
To make you feel better, a family member bought a unit last year with $2,000 per quarter strata. Small complex in Killara with lift and commercial at lower level.
I purchased in Toland in 2013. After the first tenant did the runner, the next one has been very good.
I hope the ripple from the Sydney market makes it's way out there and we see some CG.
FYI Worriewood is getting a major overhaul with the shopping center getting an extra 50 stores.
Ingleside and Elanora Heights are both going through rezoning right now with 2,500 more homes planned.

Was talking with a developer putting in 291 units in Centennial ave. It's allot of units in that site, which will over look and shadow surrounding houses. The hole in the ground isn't far off china!
Cheapest 3bd in Tolland I can find is listed at 157k.
Maybe just a lack of listings, or is this market moving?
Tempted to off load a place in Tolland if the money is there.
Putting a new tenant in this week....maybe good timing to list before the place gets trashed and they fall into...

Wagga Wagga has alot more than just the Hospital expansion. Its quite huge the amounts of projects that are in the pipeline (There is a few posts on here that detail them).
I would say that the current market conditions would see some short term gains.
My sister is trying to purchase around Corrimal. Viewed a place just on the market, offer excepted and then got guzumped. Hardly any stock around. They are struggling to find a place.
