Thank you all for your help! Just to sum up ....it can cost up to 10K for ....purchasing, loan costs and smsf-setup. Ongoing audit or smsf compliance is approx 2K per year regardless of how cheap the IP is. And yes....it's possible to invest (inside the fund) with as little as 300K ...
