QLD skip bin company recommendations?

I'm about to kick off a renovation on a place that will settle on Monday.

I've been doing some research and there are a surprising amount of horror stories when it comes to Skip bins - companies refusing to pick up on time, threats flying all around. How on earth can something this simple get so complicated?

So I thought I'd refer to the brain trust -can anyone recommend a good skip bin company in QLD (Brisbane)?

I found two that offer lockable skip bins. I like this idea because my place is right across the road from a shopping centre...I could imagine neighbouring businesses and houses offloading a lot of their junk in my skip bin if I left it there for a few days. Anyone used these guys before?

EDIT: crap this type of bin is only for garden waste. Back to the drawing board...

i have used one called kartaway. $200 odd from memory. However it take them 7 days to pick up after i called them and told them it was fine to collect. so maybe tell them not to drop it in front of somewhere you may need access too.

We used Skiptech recently for our renovation project - 2 x 6 meter skips.

All went exactly as it should.
