Buyer's Agent - Melbourne

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for a buyer's agent which is familiar with the Southbank area. I tried to google it but there are lots of buyer's agent showing up however I don't know which one will be more familiar with this area...

Any recommendation?

May I ask whether you're buying to live in or for investment? There's an awful lot of stock in the Southbank area, best to do some thinking about whether the supply/demand ratio would go against you if you had a rental on the market.

I would contact Paul Osborne of Secret Agent. He specialises in inner city real estate.

I work in the inner city of Melb with Nelson Alexander and have never transacted with any of the members of the above association, apart from Domain.

Other advocates we deal with include:

I would go with Paul Osborne though as he specialises in inner city.
