Hiya,
There's been a few threads on them in the last twelve months or so. Perhaps, see here: http://www.somersoft.com/forums/showthread.php?t=44345 http://www.somersoft.com/forums/showthread.php?t=39902 http://www.somersoft.com/forums/showthread.php?t=39275 For whatever it is worth... Sam is the director of the buyer's agency. Lisa is the director of the mortgage broking arm. Jason is the director of the mentoring program and the guy who founded the parent company. Not sure what Duncan has to do with anything; if anything at all. Richmastery, from what I understand, is a separate venture, partially owned by the same people. Not sure what ESC is, though, or who owns / runs it. Cheers James.

ESC or Entrepeneurs Success Centre (Jason Whitton) appears to be aligned or related with Richmastery Property Adademy (NZ mob). Jenman refers to Whitton as foul-mouthed, though in the seminar I attended he wasn't. http://www.jenman.com.au/news_article.php?id=110 Whitton's seminars contain their fair share of sales talk, but they're far better than Park Trent/Cross Country who are about the bottom of the barrel. The leading light of Richmastery is Phil Jones and they have published several phone-directory thickness books. He's also into juice: http://www.interest.co.nz/ratesblog/...lls-juice-too/ Richmastery has been the subject of warnings from the Consumers Institute (like Choice) and has also got into trouble re plagiarism: http://www.empowereducation.com/rich...y-copyright.bz They took out double-page ads in property mags a few years back for various seminars and this seems to have drawn their attention to high-profile critics like Jenman and this mob: http://www.richmasteryexposed.com/ These types change their names frequently and it's hard to know what's what and whose with whom. I do find these personal or business links or alliances interesting, discernible when each recommend the others and are anti those from 'opposing' camps. For example Bill Zheng & Michael Yardney. Stuart Wemyss/ProSolution & the Wakelins. Or Neil Jenman & Terry Ryder & Margaret Lomas. Not that there's anything wrong with this - after all renowned painters did same - eg Heidelberg School and there is a tendency for people to get together with the like minded. However Adam Smith also warned us to be wary of those from the same industry who sup together, since not all that may be discussed may be harmless social banter. |

My former colleague at work make huge growth and positive yields after spending $5000 taking Positive RE sam saggers advise to buy in Kalgoolrie in 2006. She purchased a house for $65K in Kalgorlie that year.
As I have different investment strategy, I do not participate with this mob. |

Thanks for the replys.
A couple of my friends went to one of their seminars last night and I'd never heard of them. I knew someone here would. Just wanted to do a little background check. Thanks again for the feedback |

I originally meet Jason Sam & Lisa thru his association with THE ANTHONY ROBBINS GROUP OF COMPANIES at an event he was speaking at back in 2003 - as as result of hearing him speak I choose - with my wife to attend and participate in his lifetime mentoring program -yes it cost 6k back then - so what - to have our personal property portfolio go from 5 massively negatively geared properties to a portfolio of 25 properties that allowed both myself and my wife to choose to work or not was worth it I have made personally 10's of thousands of dollars from Sams buyers agenceys advice! How long did it take to change our portfolio around ? - about 18 months in total - since then we have expanded our portfolio internationally and diversified into shares and business where our total portfolio continues to grow. I am fortunate enough to be in a position in my / our lives to be able to give back for the pleasure of giving back - and to see new / novice investors spark into gear I have taken the time to become a certified NLP master practioner to be able to serve the clients I work with even more completely it is suprising to me that more people find it difficult to pick up the phone and actually speak to the person or persons in question and ask them the questions they have you can email me at any time or call me thru the contact details on the web site www.positiverealestate.com.au you see (eg waffler's comments) when you hear it 3rd 4th or even 5th hand - you will not get the facts - YOU WILL ONLY GET THE PERSONS INTERPRETATION ON THE WORDS THAT WERE SPOKEN TO THEM richmastery is a NZ based company that has now no association with jason or his team - in fact the primary reason that jason is no longer associated with this company is the questionable integrity the company had in the past Jason like Sam & Lisa are not "foul mouthed" as the Jemnan states - they are all just typical Aussies that have been prepared to get in there and give it a go, - far out - we have adverts that state "where the bloody hell are ya?" Jemnan should pull the carrot out of his behind and get a life! If you would like to know more about our coaching and mentoring lifetime membership you are welcome to come in and spend an hour or more with one of our state based coach / mentors at any time until we speak again - what are you creating the possibility of happening today? |

ESC Entrepreneurs Success Centre was/is Richmastery and I believe the company now called Positive Real Estate was the Sydney Office, doesn't appear to be any association nowadays though between the two? They used to hold "Profit from Property" and "Retire Young Retire Rich" seminars Quote:
![]() ), Sam and Jason could do a great comedy show and the mood was excellent, like Spiderman, no profanity heard by me either, so I attended one of their mentoring nights as a guest, like any business they had a product to sell but there was no hard sell by any stretch and the mentoree's (new word) seemed to be enjoying themselves as they evaluated deals. Welcome to SS, hope you stick around and join the party as well as add to the collective knowledge here As stated above I've never heard of yourself either (Linked In needs to be updated as well). Quote:

Sorry, Duncan, I did not mean to offend. Whilst I know your counterparts in Melbourne (Tab & Vin), Perth (David & Indra) and Brisbane (Mark & Duncan B) very well, and deal with them often... I was not even aware that the Sydney franchise had been finalised yet. For those who did not follow the earlier links, I feel that I should also point out at this stage that I have a professional link to the PRE group and so any comments that I may make about PRE can be interpreted to be some degree of bias. Also, their Melbourne franchise is operating out of some room in my office whilst their own office development is being completed. So, ignore anything that I've said about them and do your own research. ![]() Cheers James.

Hi,
I feel privelidged to have discovered PRE recently and more so to have attended the meeting on 4/2/09. There are so many investment groups out there and PRE have come across as the most genuine and honest group out there. Jason and Naomi gave very useful advise on the essentials from the correct way to finance your portfolio to the general direction you should be heading. Mind you this is all considering you have the same goals as they do. I have to say that since being inspired by the PRE group my goals have been aligned and neck saved (by a matter of days) from making a poor decision. Thanks guys, i hope to deal with you further in the near future. -AK- |

How about giving us some names and numbers of your very satisfied clients so we can call them up and verify this happy info. Also, it would be good if you could post 3 examples of some sold properties within the last 6 months, with the relevent numbers such as rent returns, depreciation schedules, sale price etc.
