Small Lot Development Brisbane
Hi
Any forumites out there know of or could recomend a draughtsman - home builder with experience in narrow lot (10m front) house developement in Brisbane. I am considering developing PPOR and find most of the project home builders (Jennings etc) stay away from this segment of the market. Does anyone have a source of house plans suitable for these blocks. Regards Hound Dog

Narrow Lots
You could try the following:
Innovare Builders HIA Small Lot Builder of the Year www.innovare.net.au Aus Build www.ausbuild.com.au Both offer standard plans to comply with BCC regulations for 10m wide lots. Hope this helps. Matt

You might also want to try Dixon Homes. Just financed a deal for a client who purchased a 20 metre frontage block on 2 lots and wanted to build 2 single dwellings side by side. Dixon homes have done the plans up and the pricing was certainly competitive. All BCC approved under the small lot regs.
