Anyone have any recommendations for Apps/Programs to keep a spreadsheet of Costs to keep things user friendly for the Accountant? Multiple IP's make a lot of paperwork and I'm not that organised. The aim is to streamline the process so it's all there at the click of a mouse and easy to arrange and find. Sorry for the silly question.

We use something like this. Separate tab for each property. Don't bother rolling it up as the %age ownership varies.

I maintain two spreadsheets to keep it simple.
One that details the expenses (like the ones above), and another so that I can see at a high level what I'm worth. Here's the template I use with some example data:
