new company for selling on your own and self -management

I don't have the energy to self-manage, if not I'd consider using this.
I might consider it for a sale. If i don't succeed, I'll turn it over to an agent.
Interested to hear from anyone who has used these?

I think the creator of both those sites posts on here, I can't remember what his user name is.

I am also interested in others experiences with these sites? I for one would like to save on agents fees when selling.

I would like to save on fees too.
But I heard buyers factor the agent's cut into self-sale properties and reduce their offers correspondingly.
Also, I'm not sure how much 'real estate agent' games - playing potential buyers off against each other, marketing etc - will jack up the price of a property. If it's alot, then of course it's worth paying an agent.
Sounds like a pretty good deal for landlords looking to save on PM fees.
