My favourite too. The brother that's the builder has a real gift with visioning the end product.. his styling is top notch too.
I do wonder how scripted the couples are. Every episode is the same - they dismiss all the properties saying they're too much hard work, but when they see the 3d image of the finished rooms they fall in love with them.

NP. I'm still slogging through what I have. I'm less motivated since finishing a reno of a rental property.
I don't think I am up to date on Grand Designs Australia either... although it's not my favourite show.
