Each to their own but I wouldn't feel overly safe with his portfolio. I'm not referring to the value, but the quality.

Yes I agree 100%,75% of workers worldwide do not have a permanent job going by what the international labor organization data spills out,and the US mapping of the minimum state by state is around $15.00 compared to what is was at $9.00 a hour, the same as in Australia no matter what anyone tells Australia could go the same way as unemployment grows each day..

It's no big deal.
If the property thing don't work out she can just get a contract as the next big Super Model, make a quick couple mil in 6 months and retirement goals accomplished.
There are many ways....

or get a gig on Big Brother or renovation rumble, and earn $200k for a few weeks worth

Just because they have the means of a high paying job, doesn't mean they aren't as impressive. .
Not saying it isn't an achievement; just putting it into context.

Often you see those with higher incomes 'flaunt/flash it' and send the extra disposable income on really disposable things. A $6M asset base with some reasonable growth even at 100% LVR could easily be $6M net equity by age 45. Also see a lot who look at their high paying job as their 'investment' not truely using it to their advantage
Well said. Kudos flying your way. :)
