Looking for a BA in Brisbane

Hi all, long time reader but first time posting. I'm looking for a buyers agent in Brisbane, Allen's has a 6-8 week wait list. I did contact Metropole but they seem quite expensive. Has anyone had any dealings with them as a BA? Also they aren't listed on the REBAA? Or could anyone recommend any others in Brisbane?
Any help would be appreciated

Thanks, have seen the site she mentioned. Was just after personal recommendations though as everyone recommends Allen's but haven't heard mention of any others. Has anyone used any of the others mentioned on that site (REBAA) or Metropole?

I would be happy to recommend any REBAA member in Brissy - if you're after the most experienced and longest in the industry, however, then give Property Searchers, Property Pursuit and Hot Property Specialists a call. They all also specialise in Brissy. Best of luck.

I highly recommend DIY BA.

There's no substitute for gaining a full picture of the market for yourself, as well as retaining the cost of a BA in your pocket.

Metropole in Brisbane managed to secure a property for me in Stafford in the absolute peak, in the week that it peaked - November 2007. Stafford was chosen as a 'capital growth' suburb. I sold it for a $60k profit 7 years later.

*slow golf clap*

Needless to say, I won't ever be using their services again. It was an expensive lesson. I'm sure others have had more success.
