Floor sander in western Sydney

Does anyone have recommendations for a floor sander tradie? Am about to rip up the carpets in an IP and need someone in the next few weeks to sand and polish the floor boards.

On that note, when in the renovation sequence do you get this job done?

depends on how much and what renovcations you are doing.

after painting so you dont get pain on the new floors and at a stage when the place is empty so nothing is in the way and arent constantly moving things from room to room

I used a guy (cant remember company name) to polish one of my IPs in quakers hill's floor boards. Did a fantastic job.

Road runner floor sanding did a great job for me and repaired all old air con vents in floor fantastic job 0415281634

I do it at the end because it stops you from doing anything inside for 2 days.

And as mentioned yopu don't want kitchens etc being dragged in over new floors, or paint spills.
